Online Courses

We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all of our online training courses. If, after 30 days you feel the course failed to meet your expectations, then we will refund you in full. Simply email us at admin@sirpa.org stating that you would like a refund. Once you have requested a refund, your access to the course content will be revoked and you will not receive any certificates of completion.  

Where possible, we will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We will endeavour to issue your refund within 10 working days, although it may take slightly longer for our payment provider to transfer the money into your account.    

We are always keen to improve our services and may enquire as to how the course failed to meet your expectations. You are under no obligation to disclose this information.   

Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our program, SIRPA Ltd. reserves the right to edit or remove course content. In the highly unlikely event that a course is discontinued, refunds will be given based on the following criteria:  

  • If you purchased the course within the last 6 months, AND you have completed up to 25% of the course, you will be given a 75% refund. 
  • If you purchased the course within the last 6 months, AND you have completed up to 50% of the course, you will be given a 50% refund.  
  • If you purchased the course within the last 6 months, AND you have completed over 50% of the course, you will not be eligible for a refund.  
  • If you have purchased the course over 6 months ago, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

Physical Products

Despatch Timings
Orders are usually made and despatched within 3 working days after the order is received. Larger orders may take a little longer. Please contact us for a delivery date.

Delivery Charges
SIRPA includes postage within the prices of all hard copy products being ordered within the UK. Additional postal charges will be added at checkout for overseas visitors.

Delivery Methods
Deliveries are normally via Royal Mail except for bulk orders of books which will usually be sent via My Hermes. SIRPA retains the right to choose its delivery method for parcels if My Hermes is not thought to be appropriate.

Deliveries Outside Mainland UK
If you are ordering from outside mainland UK (including Ireland and Europe), delivery charges are different, and will be shown at checkout. Goods ordered from us for delivery outside of the UK, may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied once the package reaches you. We cannot be responsible for these costs and we cannot determine what they will be. These additional expenses must be borne by the customer.

Incorrect Addresses
If you supply an address that is incorrect or outdated, the parcel is usually returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please ensure that you supply the correct delivery address when placing an order. If the delivery fails, you will have to pay another delivery charge for re-delivery.

Returns
We want total satisfaction for our customers, we aim to offer the best service and quality in our products. We can only accept the return of items if they are faulty or broken. Refund Policy
Faulty Items: The procedures, set out here, do not affect your right to reject faulty goods. If you receive a faulty item, please follow the procedure outlined in the returns section above.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Digital Downloads

If a digital download is without fault, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the content has not been downloaded. By downloading the content within 14 days you waive your right to a refund.  

We take great pride in the quality of our digital content. If you consider a digital download to be of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, please to get in touch at admin@sirpa.org to request a refund. If the item meets the above criteria, we will refund you in full.
