The new courses don’t take you back over everything we already know, they expand and build on it. They are, by no means, a revised version of the original courses. The 2024 syllabus is considerably more comprehensive. The key topics, Pain and Stress, are covered in a lot more detail and include new, up-to-date references to clinical studies, terminology, insights and information to help us give the most appropriate care for our clients. It also includes 2 modules dedicated to supporting us with the SIRPA approach and integrating it into our practice together with examples from a variety of professions.

The mental stimulation from doing the course has been so welcome, I have not been so excited about learning since I did my degree. I have also found a new way to work with my patients that has given me energy and enthusiasm. I have already started incorporating some of your approach and have already seen some stunning results.

I have completed many courses, but this is one of the best, the support from the SIRPA team is second to non as is the course content. Having access to all that they provide will undoubtedly make me a much better professional and my clients will also benefit from my knowledge
Peter Miles
Doctor
The medical world has been waiting too long for something like this to help that vast number of people who have been disappointed by the poor understanding they have received from traditionally trained doctors.
Adrian Yeoman
Physiotherapist
SIRPA’s online training really expanded my vision regarding chronic pain and gave me the skills to effectively do something about it.
Kay Bradley-Higgins
Physiotherapist
I became a physiotherapist because I wanted to help people, I have always tried to do my best for those who have sought my help. I haven’t helped everyone, but I have always tried. I am now more knowledgeable about stress induced pain and how to identify it. I now practice physiotherapy in a different way, but so long as my patients are getting better it doesn’t really matter. The course also makes you realise things about yourself and your own stress problems. I am now much more aware of my own stress triggers and I try to practice some of the techniques.
Lyndsey Hayes
Yoga Teacher
The SIRPA training provides a significantly more in-depth look at the different tools and techniques that can be used with patients to address chronic pain. It enables you to understand which tools may be most suited to certain situations, has several really helpful case studies to work through and lots of resources and references for further reading and learning as needed. I would highly recommend this course for any health care practitioner looking to understand more about the complexities of chronic pain.
