Throughout life’s challenges that we all face, it has become abundantly clear to me, that magic bullets to secure and maintain optimal health do not exist, and one size does not fit all. My experiences as a mother of three, a wife, a member of a large family, a corporate manager, an entrepreneur, and a hands-on daughter of parents with health issues, has brought me many successes and challenges, as well as physical and emotional pains to overcome.

One of my many learnings is that working harder and doing the same things over and over, in the same way and with the same people, will not deliver you the new and improved results you desire. It is the letting go of things, people that do not serve you and adopting suitable integrated solutions that can transform your life in ways you dare only imagine

My fascination with health and Wellbeing led me to pursue a degree in Biomedical Sciences and spend more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry in the research and corporate settings. My passion for learning soon brought further qualifications in complementary therapies, including Sports Massage, Reflexology, Scar Work, Wellbeing Coaching and accreditation as an Advanced Specialist Recovery Practitioner for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E.), Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia.

Experience has shown me that adopting an integrated and holistic approach is the best way to achieve success.
