Hello, I am Sarah, and thanks for visiting my SIRPA page,

I have used the SIRPA approach myself and worked with a practitioner to heal a 30-year-old persistent low back pain. I had been around the block with the back pain spending hundreds of pounds on physical therapies, had muscle injections and investigations. Once I used the mind/body approach via the SIRPA practitioner, I finally resolved the issue.
Following my recovery, I went on to train with SIRPA and as a Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner/Coach. I am also 25 years qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist. I have worked with consultants in NHS Spinal triage clinics and with pain clinic patients in the NHS, followed by 15 years of private practice. The combination of my personal experience and professional training will allow for a holistic approach to help individuals to achieve their full potential.

I am fully insured to see individuals online or in person (Cambridge, CB23, UK).
