Tania Miller
Before I trained as a Chiropractor I worked in hospitality and ran a catering business with my sister. I was always interested in looking after my own health so I guess it was a natural progression to help others do the same.
I qualified as a McTimoney Chiropractor in 2008 and then continued to build my skills with training in acupuncture , craniosacral therapy, massage, myofascial release, SIRPA, and Embodied Processing.
I met Georgie Oldfield in 2015 and this changed my whole view about pain and made complete sense to me from what I was seeing in my clinic. I could never understand why people with seemingly the same pain responded differently to the same treatment. I completed the training in 2015 and have wholeheartedly embraced the mind body approach to pain and have seen some amazing transformations in some of the clients I have worked with. I also no longer have chronic back pain or headaches!
In 2025 I went through cancer treatment; surgery and chemotherapy plus a lot of work on myself with diet, lifestyle and help from a Naturopath throughout and a Nutritionalist. My SIRPA training was so helpful during this time and prompted me to work deeper than ever before on myself. I also follow the principles of the book ‘Radical Remission’ which I highly recommend for anyone experiencing cancer.
McTimoney Chiropractor, SIRPA Practitioner and member of SIRPA’s Membership Board
I truly believe that this integrated approach has helped me to be a cancer thriver.
I am a part of the membership board team and enjoy not only supporting Georgie but also the friendships that have grown in our team where we all support each other. I also love the get togethers with other SIRPA Practitioners in our community.
My photo shows me embracing life in New Zealand 2026 just before a very cold dip of around 8 degrees!
